Reflectimus is an archive of answers. Each entry starts from a text found on the net (an article, a newsletter, a post, a report) and answers it through one or more of the works in the library of this site.
Homine duce, machina comite: a human leads, a machine accompanies. The text of every entry is written by an AI model. The direction is human.
── The steps
Adrian Stan chooses the source text and writes down, in Romanian, what he thinks of it. That note stays private.
An AI model receives the source text, the note and the summaries of all the works in the library, and proposes which works apply. The choice can be confirmed or changed.
The model then reads the chosen work in full and writes the entry. If the result misses the point, it is sent back with comments and written again.
The entry is published as it comes out of that process. Once published, it is the responsibility of Adrian Stan, not of the model.
── What an entry contains
A verdict, one of four: APPLIES, PARTIAL, DOES NOT APPLY, CONTRADICTS. A work that does not fit the source is reported as such.
Up to five sections: Verdict, What the source says, Where it connects, Where it does not hold, What the work would propose. Short entries carry only some of them.
A link to the source. The source text is not republished; at most a few sentences are quoted.
A closing line that names the model and the date.
── What this is not
It is not a neutral review. The lens is always one of the author's own works, and the choice of what to answer is his. Figures and citations inside a source are taken as the source gives them; they are not checked here.
